Once your store generates an order, Texlic will automatically purchase and pack the items for you, and ship them directly to the customer. Shipping costs are also paid in advance by Texlic. Throughout the entire order process, you don’t need to pay any fees or perform any operations. You can track the order status through your account backend until the order is completed and safely delivered to the customer.
  • Can I add my own online payment accounts, such as PayPal, Stripe, etc., to the store?
    Answer: Yes. However, Texlic already provides multiple online payment options for all stores, including PayPal, Stripe, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AE, JCB), e-wallets (Qiwi, iDeal, Truemoney, Mayban2u, Grabpay, Gcash, momopay), etc. For stores in Japan and Southeast Asia, in addition to online payments, COD (cash on delivery) is also supported.     Answer: Yes. The domain example.texlic.shop is a free subdomain provided by Texlic when you first create your store. If you want to use a more professional custom domain, you can purchase a new domain from Texlic or connect a domain purchased from third parties such as Namecheap or GoDaddy. Please click Domain Management in the store management section to purchase or connect a custom domain.
  • Who will handle the customer service for the store?
    Answer: To provide a better experience for customers, customer service work is managed by you. Texlic recommends that after creating your store, you immediately change the customer service email. Replace it with your own email or a new email so that your customers can contact you promptly.
  • How is the merchant's profit calculated, and when can I withdraw the profit?
    Answer: Your order profit is calculated by Texlic’s intelligent financial system. The profit is determined after deducting the total cost and loss orders. The specific formula is: Total Profit = Total Order Amount - Loss Order Amount - Total Cost, where loss orders include refunds, chargebacks, and cancellations, and total costs include advance payments for goods, shipping fees, and third-party payment processing fees. Texlic will settle the profits every Tuesday, and orders that have been delivered for more than 48 hours will automatically be settled to your Texlic wallet, where you can withdraw the funds at any time.
