Grow Together1. Role Definition
Every registered Texlic user automatically becomes an Ambassador.
Ambassadors can invite new users via a unique referral code or invite link.
2. Earnings
Earnings are based on order profit share, not on gross merchandise value (GMV).
Profit Base = Order Amount × 10%.
Direct Users (Level-1): Ambassadors earn 10% of the profit base.
3. Referral Incentives
New users who register with a referral code/link receive a $150 purchase voucher.
They also enjoy a 5% discount on purchases (valid until $150 is reached).
4. Commission Settlement
Eligibility: Only orders that are completed and delivered are counted. Refunds or disputes are excluded.
Settlement: Commissions are paid on the 20th of each month, covering the previous month's qualified orders.
5. Long-Term Binding
User relationships established through referrals are permanent, generating ongoing commissions for the Ambassador.
6. Risk & Compliance
Any fraudulent activity (fake registrations, order brushing, etc.) will result in disqualification and forfeiture of unsettled commissions.
